Sit Now Stay offers various training solutions. Once you have received a consultation about your dog’s needs, please download, fill out, and submit one of the contracts below along with the ‘Policies & Procedures’ document. Once you have downloaded the pdf, you can open with Adobe Acrobat, and choose the ‘Fill & Sign’ option to complete the form. After it is filled out, you can save the form, upload the file, and submit the signed contract. If you would prefer to fill out the contract in-person, just let us know.
