Individualized Recommendations

Every dog is different. After the evaluation day, we recommend a training path based on your dog’s temperament, lifestyle, and goals. This may include Day School, Boarding School, puppy programs, or owner coaching through Private Lessons.

Training That Carries Over

We focus on sustainable results. Training does not stop at the facility. Owners receive guidance and structure so skills carry over into daily life.

How Dog Sports Support healthy dogs

Dog sports at Sit Now Stay directly support training and behavior rather than standing alone. Each activity reinforces engagement, calm responses around stimulation, confidence in new environments, and clear communication between you and your dog. Many dogs in Day School or Boarding School benefit from sports-based enrichment because it strengthens skills and improves real-world reliability.

FAQs

  • Do you offer group play in dog sports or daycare?

No. Dog sports and Muscle Mutts daycare are built around structured activities, enrichment, and rest instead of chaotic group play. This is a better fit for many dogs that need exercise and confidence building without getting over-aroused.

  • Can any dog swim naturally?

Not always. It is a common myth that all dogs are natural swimmers, and some breeds or body types benefit from extra support and coaching. That is why lessons and life jackets matter for safety and confidence.

  • Do you provide life jackets?

Yes, life jackets are available, and you can also bring your own. Life jackets are a smart safety tool for new swimmers, low-confidence dogs, and dogs that tire quickly.

  • Can I get in the pool with my dog?

No. For safety and facility rules, owners and guests may not enter the pool or the steps. Your dog is still supported and guided through the session by the team.

  • What should I bring to a pool session or swim lesson?

Bring your dog on leash and bring your own toys. Plan a potty break before you enter, and let the team know right away if an accident happens in the pool room.
